Marisa Hackemann
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Marisa’s experience in association and event management began in 2007 with her work for former Vice President Al Gore and his non-profit, The Climate Project (TCP). There she planned and executed domestic and international events at a variety of locations including the European headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger. Her work at TCP also included events with Rajendra K. Pachauri, former Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, David Suzuki, an environmental activist who holds a PhD in Zoology, and former National Wildlife Federation President and CEO, Larry Schweiger. She switched focus in 2010 to the veterinary industry when she became Executive Director and Meeting Manager of various national and international organizations. From 2016 – 2020 she worked for the North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) managing their Industry Services division. In 2020 she formed MJB Management, LLC utilizing the vast experience and knowledge gained during her career to better serve associations into the future.

James Snider, MSO
CHIEF OF STAFF
James' background is in state government and program administration with nearly twenty years in the higher education and state government sectors. He has served in many capacities with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners and MJB Management over the past decade and prides himself on his flexibility to productively contribute to the success of MJB clients.

Annie Trout, M.Ed.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SERVICES
Annie Trout, M.Ed, came to MJB Management in October 2022. Originally from TN, she spent the last 20 years helping TN students wade through the many hurdles that arise in the pursuit of higher education. She hopes to bring her experience creating more efficient processes, breaking down industry lingo into simple ideas, and collaborating with many groups to reach common goals.

Rayma Fisher
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rayma's experience in organizational management comes from years spent in a few different industries. After playing golf for the University of Missouri, she ran national junior golf tournaments for the American Junior Golf Association. From there, Rayma became the Associate Coach for Purdue University's Golf Program. Once her coaching days ended, she went back to working with the Independent Insurance Agents of America running the 3rd largest grassroots junior golf tournament in the country. While with the Big I, she worked closely with the Board of Directors and a large population of volunteer agents from all over. Most recently, Rayma has been the General Manager and Strength and Conditioning coach at a large gym in the Nashville area. Rayma brings her hard work ethic and relational skills to MJB in hopes to help the team in any way possible.

Antonette Arsenault
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Antonette’s administrative experience began in 2015 in East Lansing, MI with Anderson Economic Group. There she served as the Executive Administrative Assistant for the CEO. In 2021 Antonette moved to Nashville, TN where she used her experience in ABA Therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician to provide services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. There, she was promoted to a Lead Registered Behavior Technician, then as the Clinic Manager. Lastly, Antonette has a strong background in ballet and teaches Ballet and Adaptive Dance classes for the School of Nashville Ballet.
